30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at hakeem.pk010@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
When you receive your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
